Preparation and maintenance of the payroll, effecting voluntary deductions and statutory tax returns.
Updating of the payroll reference tables against approved salary and allowances scales.
Preparing and maintaining timely and accurate bank reconciliation and taking action on any discrepancies.
Preparing of receipts and vouchers to be entered correctly in to the accounting software system (Tally ERP-9)
Managing, maintaining and ensuring safe custody of petty cash and preparing schedules in relation to sufficient cash for disbursement and cash flow management.
Submission of tax and statutory returns in accordance with the local law, such as (NSSF, PAYE, VAT, WHT and local service tax)
