Project Description:

As a Project Engineer (Instrument Department) Erection, commissioning and operation maintenance work in up gradation With FLSMIDTH Design of Unit 1 (1700 TPD to 3500 TPD) with new Raw Mill (150 TPH), Coal Mill (35TPH), Cross bar cooler and New Split Grinding (150TPH) unit with Roller press (Krupp Polysius with operating system FLSMIDTH) circuit, 6 Packers of 16 spouts (Double discharge) and 24 open and close wagon loading arrangement machine.

Key Deliverables:

Accountability for carrying out smooth operation of Plant for both the units (Unit I & II) during the shift.

Maintaining, updating and monitoring the records of drawing specifications and documentations.

Carrying out programming of FLS ECS7.9 SCADA with ABB Control Builder 5.2 Platform Programming according to BID and control loop system.

Ensuring implementation of daily /weekly /shutdown checklists.

Monitoring control system engineering station and delivering temporary bypass and process value limit changes; further delivering informing to section in-charges and department seniors.
