Job Objective:

Seeking assignment in project execution / mechanical maintenance departments wherein I can apply my knowledge and experience to fulfill organization goals along with professional satisfaction.

Current Organization:

I am presently working in Sanghi industries Ltd as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Working on 15 MW WHRS project which is under erection (Supplier: Sichaun Crun Power Equipment Ltd. ). I am reporting to Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

Execution to plant layout and commissioning activities.

Undertaking design study, review & erection activity of the plant.

Evaluation of the sequences of construction activities

Interpretation of drawings and providing guiding construction contractor on engineering drawings

Update and monitor the schedule against the progress of work.

Prepare weekly progress reports.

Erection of Steam piping and its Supports.

Fabrications and Erection of Boiler ducting and its supports.

All three Boiler hydro test and flushing.

All three Boiler Outdoor pipe line hydro test.

Refractory Dry out of Ducts and Boiler hopper.

Successfully done Alkali Boil out of Boiler.

Successfully done Steam Blowing activities of boiler

Erection of Steam turbine and its auxiliaries.

Working Experience:

1.Worked in Nirma Limited, M/s Nirmex Cement from Feb 16 to Jul 21 as Mechanical maintenance engineer in CPP.

Major equipment detail :

Boiler: CFBC ISGEC Make, 140TPH

Turbine: Hung Zui (China make), 30 MW.

2.Worked in M/s Thermax Limited (O&M division) as an Executive Engineer (Mechanical maintenance) from Feb 09 to Jan 16.

Site: JK Cement Works Limited, Nimbahera, Chittorgarh.

Major Equipment detail:

CPP

Boiler: AFBC Boiler Thermax Babcock & Wilcox, 89 TPH

Turbine: Hung Zui (China make), 21MW

West heat recovery system

Total 72TPH, 04 Nos PH Boiler & 1 No. AQC Boiler.

3.Worked in M/s Thermax Limited ( Enviro Division) as a site engineer from Dec 07 to Jan 09

Role & Responsibilities:

Erection of bag filters & ducting. Alignment of bag filters & ducting structures.

Supervision bag filter, supporting structures & ducting fabrication

Supervision of fan erection along with all its its accessories

Installation of screw conveyor, rotary feeder, pneumatic cylinders

Maintenance Experience:-

Performed corrective and preventative maintenance on equipments, systems and structures at customer site.

Prepared schedule for project and procured necessary spare parts and man power for same.

Evaluated maintenance records of mechanical equipment on a regular basis and ensured that equipment were effectively.

Assist mechanical maintenance department by interpreting blueprints and schematics to complete process.

Prepare and repair of various equipments and systems of facility.

Documented all repair and maintenance work performed on equipments.

Inspect and guide the workers that was deployed by subcontractors on site.

Developed annual capital and operating budget for Mechanical maintenance.

Evaluated maintenance problems and resolved them. Identify ways for reducing cost of plant.

Prepare Condition based monitoring, lubrication schedule, Routine maintenance, and analysis of all Parameters of equipments.

Prepare the failure analysis, root cause analysis, Tripping reports of equipment and plant. Recommended improvements to process and made it more effective.

Coordinated with Station Manager and developed improvement strategies for plant.

Prepared capital budget for plant

Plan for annual shut down maintenance schedule & execute the shutdown. Control the auxiliary s consumption by monitoring the equipment parameters & routine checkup.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 56 % SSBTS College, Jalgaon, Maharashtra state board of technical education Mumbai ; Year 2006;

Executive MBA, Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning Management, Year 2011-13.

Professional Qualification:

Diploma in Quality Control from CIS Studies, Lucknow in Nov 2013.

Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate from Factories & Boiler Inspector of Rajasthan in year 2014

First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate from Factories & Boiler Inspector of Rajasthan in year 2017
