Managed Accessories and Home Production Plans for 1000+ SKUs and Worked with 50+ suppliers from Asia and Europe to ensure MOQ (Meet Order Quantity), timescales and delivery date were met requirements. Also ensured correct quantities were ordered for all channels (EMEA, Japan, China, and CK Partners from Korea, Thailand and Taiwan) and Purchased Orders were sent to suppliers on time.

Managed relationships with 50+ suppliers or 162 factories for Accessories and Home department to assure that production ran smoothly, and products arrived in warehouses on time.

Worked with Buyers and Merchandisers to review historical sales trends, prepared and evaluated forecast results. Also, planned stock levels and monitored sale performance and managed replenishment to make sure stocks were covered for the whole season and avoided shortage stocks especially bestseller products.

Used ‘On Time Delivery’ report from S&OP Analyst to analyze suppliers’ performance and determined all factors that impacted their performances and ensured they met expectation going forward. Also, led weekly meeting with Logistics, buyers and merchandisers to identify and discuss all disruptions that may have caused delays and resolved issues effectively.

Organized new products launch for the new seasons and ensured timely arrival leading to 95% AW16 launch availability at all phases before the launch week compared with AW15 that achieved only 78%.

Established cost and time savings projects by proposing the alternative options to consolidate shipments and changing the transportation mode and shipment term to help the business to eliminate the risk of delay and improved shipment costs. Thus, achieved 30% of cost saving in 2016 or around $100K and stocks arrived in warehouses one week earlier.
