Objective: Currently seeking a position utilizing my sales, marketing and communication skills for products in which I have confidence and believe. Customer Service goes hand-in-hand with sales and is, technically, a skill in which I have deep experience and enjoy.

EMPLOYMENT:

Outbound & Inbound Sales Remote working position

Licensed Health Insurance Agent with Medicare Certification

-Inbound & Outbound sales call center. Conduct needs assessments and present and sell Medicare plans on the phone to include enrollment through various carrier portals.

-Requires use of computer with 2 monitors and proprietary CRM and connected tools. Microsoft Office applications used daily: Outlook, Teams, Calendar for communication and organization.

-Duties include customer service for client base as needed to find physicians, explain coverage, facilitate connection with customer service department.

Was hired to make outbound calls and develop leads and do needs assessments. I never made it out of training.

COVID 19 caused everyone to go home on March 13 or 14. They decided I was not a good fit for the position they hired me for. The rule was if you were not on the job making outbound calls for 4 weeks you would not be able to make calls from home without supervision. I was interviewed by 2 other departments on April 20 at TTEC and they finally said on April 28 that they would just show me as terminated effective April 13th.
