Responsible for ensuring the charts for each treatment coordinator are up to date and contain the correct required information. Review charts and given written feedback to the treatment coordinators; follow up to ensure all corrections to the charts are completed. Responsible for correcting and approving monthly treatment plans and weekly contact notes for each client. Responsible for setting up the required on call schedule and making sure all days and night are covered with staff; must include reviewing all on call contacts and making sure the on call contacts and documentation are completed on time and correctly. Responsible for making sure the office has coverage at all times; received schedules each week. Responsible for making sure that all treatment team meetings and plans are completed within thirty days, must make sure all treatment foster children received two home visits a month to ensure safety and support for the TFC parents; make sure all other paperwork is completed on time and within the required licensing requirements. Complete staff performance evaluations when they are due. Complete all administrative tasks associated with supervising treatment coordinators; time sheets, manage compensatory time, manage time off, training attendance and all other professional duties required by the treatment coordinators.

Conduct Treatment Foster Care (TFC) applicant home studies and approve/deny applicants for licensure. Supervise and review home studies completed by contractors to either approve/deny for TFC licensure.
