From September 2019 to May 2020 Incident & Knowledge Manager, CELINE
- Analysis, centralization, update, training and sharing of CELINE’s Group IT Service Procedures, Process and Instructions in english.
- Technical tests of these Procedures, Process and Instructions.
- Monitoring high criticity incident tickets at CELINE’s Group.
- Communications in english on incident, to the CELINE’s Management.
From March 2018 to March 2019 Incident Manager, BNP PARIBAS
- Piloting, processing, monitoring incident tickets concerning critical infrastructures of the BNP PARIBAS’s Group according to the ITIL model, on BNL’s perimeter – Italia
(Banca Nazionale del Lavoro). Supervision of these critical services.
- Animation of conference calls in english and italian with technicians groups, and also with the Management of the society.
- Communication on these incidents, in english and italian, to the Management.
