Director of Project Delivery – Regional Transportation Authority Aug 2019 – Present

Leads team of Business Subject Matter Experts and Consultants in the delivery of Infor ERP system. System is configured in Cloud SaaS Multi-Tenant environment.

Instrumental in negotiating Letter of Agreement and New Change Order to amend Master Contract Agreement for ERP implementation.

Successful led team that delivered large co-branded credit card website for new strategic initiative that called for Capital One to take over all co-branded credit cards offered by Costco Canada; a deal valued at approximately $2 Billion. With over 500 resources working on the project, my team led the most critical element, which was creating the website that allowed users to transact business online with their new credit card.

Managed 10-person Agile team in design and implementation of large new ecommerce website; this highly functional website allowed credit card customers to perform transactions such as > balance transfer, request credit line increase, report card lost or stolen, add additional users, view transaction history, and much more.

As Product Owner, worked directly with senior marketing managers to develop website features, strategy, and ensure website met legal compliance in Canada and the USA.

Represented Agile team during large planning sessions using the SAFe (Scaled Agile) Agile Framework.
