The TCoE setup involved coordinating the needs of over 175 onshore and offshore QA Analysts, BAs and Project Managers. Created two instances of HP ALM, together with multiple controls across the SDLC. Integrated existing automated and manual test teams, and worked closely with OCM colleagues to ensure the human processes matched the technical. Setup and managed a new set of Dashboard-based reporting processes to customize reporting from C-Level down. Initial results have shown <25% improvement in QA productivity and reporting in only three months.

Hired on to build a consolidated global QA and PMO function for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commodities in Houston, London & India from scratch.

Designed & supervised the creation of frameworks for Openlink Endur using HP BPT and .NET for multiple internal applications and database systems using an on/offshore model.

Introduced HP toolset (ALM11, QC10 and QTP) and supervised the creation of ~10,000 test cases. Linked QC to JIRA to permit coordination with cross- functional teams.

Successfully turned around and drove the launch of Gloss.com, an integrated eBusiness Site to market 9 Estee Lauder, and Chanel and Clarins product lines - within 4 months.
