Role

Service Engineer of hydraulic maintenance. Is a company committed to provide maintenance, overhauling- troubleshooting services in the hydraulic areas. It deals in manufacturing of custom build systems, erection & repairing & maintenance of hydraulic equipment.

On Site Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients and owners to identify and analyze problems by site visits and collecting technical input data.

Hydraulic spare part monitoring and development.

Commisioning and Installing of complete machine with Hydraulic system like Lubrication system, Powerpack system, Filtration system, Nitrogen monitoring for Accumlater system, Heat Exchanger system, Bi Direction Filtreation system, Intensifire, Manifold block and Circulation system etc .

Troubleshooting and Maintenance of all hydraulic power pack on the Cement plant, Aluminum plant, Power plant, Textile plant, Steel plant etc.

Modification of Hydraulic System as per clients requirement.

Collect dimension of the manifold block, Hoses and Fitting etc

Overhauling of all machine with Hydraulic system.

Inquiry generation then follow ups and maintain good relation wtin customers.

Computer

Knowledge about MS-Office which includes MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint, knowledge about internet and its various application, good command over E-mail and basic knowledge of Auto-CAD.and SAP

Workshop Responsibilities

Assemble and Inspection of Machine with Lubrication system, Powerpack system, Filtration system, Nitrogen monitoring for Accumlater System, Heat Exchanger system, Circulation system etc.

Preparation of reports & bar charts.

Winder part dealing and managing.

To identify and eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in plant.

Good knowledge on Fitting.

Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with the safety and environmental regulation.

Prepare and submit reports to the quality incharge and manager.

Testing and Repair of machine with hydraulic components.

Dispatch machine.

Stock maintain & generate reports on production shortages.

Hydraulic BOM making and Circuit update.

Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meet customer specification.
