Daily field patrol, data sheet evaluation,DCS trend checking,checking of plant abnormality Troubles shooting and implementing effective measures for stable plant operation.

Issuing of work permission sheet (WPS),maintenance logbook,analyzing any risk, hazard, with Accident prediction and toolbox meeting to preventing accidents.

Reviewing and monitoring the capacity of various equipments for maximum utilization and Ensuring maximum efficiency.

Environmental Management System

Increasing effectiveness of production-control monitoring as required for industrial and Environmental safety.

Complaince& Conservation

Actively involved in environmental monitoring such as stack emissions, ambient air quality Measurement, water and sewage water quality measurement, ensuring optimum operations Of pollution control systems.
