Project Summary:

SEI is a leading global provider of asset management, investment processing, and investment operations solutions for institutional and personal wealth management. SEI follows SAFE framework to deliver high quality services to customers. So, there are multiple trains across the platform and all teams under each train works with cross track dependencies while delivering a feature. So, Eco-Habitat is one such team under the Paddy Wagon train and here will maintain the existing and new portfolios which is a part of wealth management. Design and develops the changes as per the business discussions and documents that was prepared as part of PSI planning. He received many appreciations, awards from client for his outstanding performance.

In Eco-Habitat he worked for below modules.

Loader batch framework: Loader batch framework is a platform where many loaders that belongs to several other teams will run using this framework. Individual Loaders which run using loader framework are used to load the data in bulk into SWP system instead of loading the data individually through UI which consumes more time and effort. There are 18 loaders which are developed baselining this loader framework.

Reversal Loader: Reversal loader is one such loader which runs using Loader batch framework in SWP system. This Loader will reverse multiple different types of transactions in bulk and reversing all these transaction type in one go is really a complex task to handle as each transaction follows its own pattern for reversal and combining all such transactions in one file and reversing is achieved using this loader. Whereas users can reverse only one transaction at a time on UI without using this loader.

Free Movement Loader: Free Movement loader is one such loader which run using Loader batch framework in SWP system. The Free delivery/receipt (These two are called as Free Movement Transactions) functionality allows user to settle securities transactions by making book entry deliveries to another participant's account from SWP. This Loader will create free delivery/receipt transactions in bulk. Whereas users can create only one transaction at a time on UI without using this loader.

In SEI – Eco Habitat working as ‘Senior Oracle Database Developer & ETL consultant’ at onsite and Responsible for developing strategies for data management practice and implementing process to align Data Management vision with strategic business initiatives to have bulk data in automated flow.

Developing and Unit Testing Informatica, PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting changes as per business requirement and building test data for different test cases for QA & PE Teams.

Design and develop data cleansing, data validation, load processes ETL using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL and UNIX.

Data Analysis and reducing data discrepancy for the source and target schemas. Build Ad-Hoc SQL queries to verify data integrity and data analysis.

Creation of clone databases for QA testing. Development of SQL Scripts to pull the data from Service systems.

Project Summary:

Credit Suisse Group is a Swiss multinational financial services holding company, headquartered in Zurich that operates the Credit Suisse Bank and other financial services investments. The company is organized as a stock corporation with four divisions: Investment Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management, and a Shared Services Group that provides marketing and support to the other three divisions. ZPAS-Zurich Portfolio Accounting System is an intermediate portfolio management system which holds the upstream and downstream systems. It is a virtual accounting system for the main source multifonds and manages the ZPAS portfolios. Code changes are implemented based on the requirements specified by BA from client end. Assignment of the work & logging the effort will be handled using the Jira tool. Agile software development methodology is followed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In ZPAS worked as 'Senior Oracle Database Developer' and responsible for database requirement gathering, Developing SQL queries, PL/SQL, ETL changes for ZPAS Application.
