Chief Technology Officer and Communications Engineer / IT Manager

Managed the coordination of all Information Technology, Electronic, Electrical & Computer acquisition and in charge of supervising 15 technicians and help desk along with any new vendors contracted for individual projects.

Served as a Project Manager for all the Information Technology, Electronic, Electrical, Wiring and Computer initiatives promulgated by the Board of Directors for the Association. Prepared Gantt Charts and estimated completion time of the contractors or in-house projects presented to the BOD as well as assisted with the Association Budget and Procedures.

In charge of managing and making required changes to the router/firewall (Zyxel, Ubiquiti, Sonicwall), including the setup of network security protocols such as TCP, UDP, ESP, and IP within web-based interface.
