Job duties for closing shift include, being responsible for the Cashiers ( it’s about 4-5). I have to make sure they are doing their job correctly. Make sure that the Cashiers are ring up each Customer and that they are scanning each item. I am responsible for the breaks and lunches. Fill in for the cashier for break and lunch, as well as cart runs. Do the auditing of registers, fill registers with change or bills if low. Make loans and pick up on registers. Fill out night shift paper work. Check the front end, to make sure it is clean. Check behind the cashiers when cleaning registers and doing cart runs. Stock baby formula, cigarettes, and candy. After the store is closed, I have to count the safe, safe till, and each register.
