Summary
I have over 13 years experience in developing, managing and executing training programs. During my time in the Air Force I delivered one on one/group instruction, tracked the progress of trainees, and created new and unique training exercises for critical positions. I personally trained over 60 highly skilled analysts to enhance their analytical, editorial, and leadership skills. After shifting to the private sector I had the opportunity to drive the creation of a new, formalized learning and development program that is aligned to strategic goals of a global company. I believe that here is something intrinsically good about helping people learn and develop, and I am excited to apply my time, skills, and effort to that end.
