Success Factor Goal Setting Method) process by establishing framework to

substantiate Performance Appraisal System linked to rewards & identifying

scope for enhancing the same.

policies.

Recruitment & Compensation

V Leading recruitment activities including sourcing both internal &

external manpower, evaluating the required skills, identifying possible
