Responsible for managing a 280,000 sq. ft. distribution center with 120 warehouse employees and 33 drivers, 22,000 SKUs, quality control, inventory control in a pick/pack operation, fleet management, freight-related functions, Samsara, Road-net, budgeting, recruiting, team building, and training.
