Regional General Manager – LA/Austin/Seattle

Responsible for the day to day operations of 7 market rate communities in 3 states, consisting of 2 luxury-high rise buildings, and four mid-rise assets.

Oversee 3 direct reports and 40 indirect reports in a servant leadership management style.

Involved 3 acquisitional takeovers which consisted of recruiting/on-boarding new teams, transition of all building contracts, previous property management company downloads and a complete rebranding of all assets.

Handled all escalated delinquency, retention and COVID related resident concerns with delicateness and consistency.

Created, updated and rolled out operational SOP’s, Quarterly bonus incentives and reputation management initiatives.
