The job covers the monthly preparation of financial reports, reconciliation and analyses of general ledger accounts in order to ascertain that all information posted in the general ledger are in timely manner, reasonable and valid in relation to the financial reports under process. The said account reconciliation and analyses plays a very important role in the accounting process, aside from being a pre-requisites of internal and external auditors it also helps to determine the overall consistency and accuracy of the of the company's General ledger and to minimize fraud. Responsible for the preparation of monthly or periodic reports such as:

Balance Sheet Income

Statement Cash Flow

Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports. Fixed Assets

Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly fixed assets movement report, showing acquisition, disposal, reclassification and sale.

Ascertain and ensure accuracy of booking to appropriate business units through fixed assets module Monitor physical transfer of assets to other business units for proper allocation of cost

Compute monthly depreciation of all fixed assets systematically Update fixed assets lapsing schedule periodically.

Generates periodic fixed assets trial balance, depreciation expense and integrity report Cost Accounting

Responsible for the periodic preparation of cost report, cost of production report, analysis of cost as part of the period end financial data. Ascertain and ensure that all overhead cost is correct and are in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Inventory

Conducting periodic and spot inventory checking in order to verify accuracy of the inventory quantity and value per count as against per book balances and investigate or reconcile variances.

Ascertain that established internal control policies and procedures must be observed at all times for a more effective internal control.
