Roles and responsibility:

Handling 2500+ systems in multiple client projects and troubleshooting client applications. (Citrix, connect apps)

We check and trace switch port to LAN IO ports.

We installed server OS and installed basic support to Remote session (win2008,12,16).

Computer Assembling and hardware troubleshooting.

Providing common share drive and printer access to the end users locally.

Providing application support and initiating call with onshore (UK) IT team for application related issues.

Monitoring EPO and updating windows patch to client machines through remote desktop.

Installing and updating of Antivirus (McAfee).

Concept of (MacAfee) Drive Encryption& Decryption

Installation and configuration for AVAYA phones.

Unlock and reset the user ID password with use of Active Directory client tool.

Configuring O365 to client and handling the issues through remote support.

Maintenance of Active Directory in Windows Server 2003 & 2008 like creation and deletion of users, groups and OU’s as per the Organizational requirement.

MS Office outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 configuration, troubleshooting, recovering backup, restoring backup & Merging and Configuring Mail Client MS outlook with SMTP & POP3 Sever.
