Overall responsibility of Fire Fighting work along with smoke detection system for entire project.

Overall responsibility of A.C works both Chiller & DSU system for entire system.

Project Details: Currently working at 9000 TPD New Cement Plant of ACC at Jamul, Chhattisgarh with KHD Humbolt Wedag. Project Value is 1200 Crores.

Nature of Works Involved:

In charge for the Construction Power supply of Jamul expansion project. total erection & maintenance of 1 no 500 KVA transformer, 8 nos main PDB, 30 nos SPDB, 100 above earth pits & 1000 nos lights within an area of 3km.

Overall responsibility of LC#1 & 2 of mines area with all other equipments commissioning.

Checking of Insert plate installation for permanent installations.

Implementation of LOTOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out), which is prime requirement of Electrical Safety.

Testing of HAND TOOLS, ELCB’s etc.

2) Location: Bellary

Duration : January 2012 to april 2014

Functional Area: Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance.

Project Details: Worked in 1000 TPD Coal Handling Plant of 500 MW power plant at Karnataka Power Corporation Limited, Kudithini Karnataka

Consortium leader is Bharat Heavy Engineering Limited.

Scope of Electrical and instrumentation installation is 750 ton.

Project value is 220 crores.

Nature of Works Involved:

Supervising the installation of electrical equipment of the CHP considering safety and the time bond, which include erection of panels, transformers, bus ducts, battery banks, cable laying, tray work and earthing.

Cable laying of PLC panel & termination with ferruleing.

In charge for the erection, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipments of the 1000 TPH Stacker & Reclaimer with a Wagon Tripler capacity of 30 wagon/hour.

Coordinating with the various departments for making arrangements of CEA inspection, documentation for the CEA (Central Electricity Authority) inspection and approval of CEA (for charging 11 KV and 3.3 KV power supply to the substations of CHP).

Permanent lighting of entire project.

Coordinator of the commissioning team for the testing, commissioning and Trail run of motors and equipments manually as well as remotely.

Running the whole plant using PLC for a period of 8 months.

Project Details: Worked in 6.3 MTPA expansion of Sinter plant #3 at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam.

Consortium leader is Tyazhpromexports (TPE) Russia.

Scope of Electrical and instrumentation installation is 2200 ton.

Project value is 550 crores.

Nature of Works Involved:

In charge for the Construction Power supply of Sinter Plant#3. total erection & maintenance of 2 no main 630A PDB, 4 nos 400A PDB, 8 nos 125A SPDB, 30 above earth pits & 500 nos lights within an area of 1 Km With labour colony of 2000 labour.

Supervising the installation of electrical equipment of the sinter plant #3 considering safety and the time bond, which include erection of panels, transformers, bus ducts, cable laying, tray work and earthing.

Billing of installation of electrical and instrumentation equipments of Sinter Plant # 3, documentation of the protocol, interacting with consultants and the client for the inspection of the same.

In charge for the erection, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipments of the 2 nos Electro Static Precipitator.

Coordinating with the various departments for making arrangements of CEA inspection, documentation for the CEA (Central Electricity Authority) inspection and approval of CEA (for charging 11 KV and 6.6 KV power supply to the substations of sinter plant#3).

Coordinator of the commissioning team for the testing, commissioning and Trail run of motors as well as equipments of sinter plant#3.

Involved in the commissioning team of electrical equipments of Sinter Plant #3.

Project value is 230 crores.

Nature of Works Involved:

In charge for the Construction Power supply of CHP. total erection & maintenance of 2 no main 1000A PDB, 2 nos 630A PDB, 4 nos 125A SPDB, 10 above earth pits & 250 nos lights within an area of 3 Km With labour colony of 1000 labour.
