I am currently employed as a Household Manager (Domestic Worker) at the residence of the Potgieter family, which also serves as the business premises of the J-PRO Photographic company. I am responsible for general household management tasks within both the residence and the business. Amongst others, these tasks involve house cleaning, doing laundry, general security, visitor hospitality, as well as the identification of material shortages and replenishment, in order to ensure the smooth running of the household.

I worked as a Call Centre Agent at Confirm Direct, where I was responsible for tracing clients who were eligible for unemployment refund claims from an ABSA lumpsum fund. Going into the public domain, where the identification of a single person amongst millions could be described as “finding a needle in a haystack”, my attention to detail came in handy, and I was able to locate people where others struggled. I worked here part-time for 8 months until the ABSA contract was terminated.

I strived to provide comfort within as hygienic and healthy an environment as possible to those less fortunate and able. Although I am currently employed full-time, I am still actively involved in such outreach programs wherever possible.
