• Developed a prototype of Telecom Support Infrastructure using Digital Switching Systems and Transmission System and Broadband Technology which included the use of Optical Fiber, IP Network and Mobile Communication for educational purpose. DESIGN PROJECTS

• Reduction of Dynamic Power Consumption using Dual Matched Line TCAM Designed a 4x8 bit Dual Matched Line Ternary Content Addressable Memory (TCAM) which reduced the dynamic power consumption by 42% when compared to a traditional TCAM by simulating it in Cadence Virtuoso.

• Design an 8-bit microprocessor in RTL and simulating it on FPGA Board Implemented 8-bit instruction formats for R-type, I-type and J-type instructions on the processor in Vivado Xilinx by using Structural Verilog modelling. Synthesized the RTL code and verified its robustness by designing a test bench and simulating it on Basys 3 FPGA Board.

• Comparison between Different SRAM Cells based on Power Consumption Studied 4T, 6T, 7T & 8T SRAM Cell by designing 4*4-bit memory array in Cadence Virtuoso and determined 8T to be most effective on the basis of power.

• Analysis of Cache Parameters and Trade-offs on x86 processor using GEM5 simulator Tested different benchmarks for their various cache parameters on the GEM simulator.

• Constructed an Oximeter using Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and Build an Android Application to display the result Displayed dissolved oxygen level in blood, heartbeat and location on an LCD screen of Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and Android Application.

• Parallel line 3-section coupler

Simulated Coupling at 3 GHz at 18 dB, Directivity at design frequency 22 dB, insertion loss at design frequency 1.5 dB in ADS.

• UDWT Based Image Denoising

Compared Undecimated Wavelet Transform (UDWT) and Decimated Wavelet Transform (DWT) image denoising technique through MATLAB on a generic image by different noise addition, resulting in 22% increase in SNDR value for the UDWT Technique. EXTRA CURRICULAR
