• Controlling and Maintaining of Cupola Furnace [16 Ton Capacity].

• Operation and Maintenance of PLC Based Machineries [Allen Bradley PLC, SIEMENS PLC, & DELTA PLC].

• Automatic Metal Pouring ABB and FOMET Press Pour [7 Ton capacity].

• Operation and Maintenance of DISAMATIC High Pressure Moulding Machine & DISA Sand Plant.

• Operation and Maintenance of Dust and Fumes Collector & Compressors [540 CFM & 220CFM].

TROUBLE SHOOTING :

• Trouble shooting of AC DRIVES and electrical control circuits with DOL, STAR DELTA, Magnetic Contactors, relays, timers etc.

• Trouble shooting of EOT cranes like that MUKUND, DEMAG, GRIP, FEFFECO Makes.

• Trouble shooting overhauling and preventive maintenance of single/three phase induction motors, and AC/DC servo motors.

• During the Maintenance time checking the Motors and Pump house working condition like as Vacuum, Peristaltic, Velton, and centrifugal Pump.

• Checking the equipment condition in N2 and O2 plant side like as Heaters, valves and Freezing unit.

• Experience in various types of Pressure and Limit switches, various types of Sensors like Inductive Proximities, Magnetic, Temperature, Level Sensors and various types of Transducers and Factory supply Maintenance.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

• Weakly once checking the equipment condition like that Motors terminals, smooth operation, and cable condition etc.,

• Frequently checking the safety limit and Speed Monitoring sensor.

• Continuously checking the Belt conveyor and chain conveyor Pull Guard rope, sway switch condition, Rotation Guard Sensor condition and inter locking condition etc.,

• During the plant maintenance time checking the Solenoid Coil,LVDT,Proximity Sensors, Encoders and Servo Motor etc.,

• In inductor side frequently checking the Coil Temperature and cooling water Pressure.

• Monthly once checking the Fuse condition in Isolator, FDB and SSB side up to 800A fuse rating.

INSTALLATION & DOCUMENTATION

• Cable laying from panel side to equipment side with all type of cables like that Flexible, Armour, Screened cable also.

• Can work in control room falls ceiling wiring and plant lighting also.

• Evaluated PO and PR documents and documented all technical specifications for equipment and processes.

• To calculate daily power consumption every hours taken readings [Power Factor, Voltage, Current, and KWH].

• Making reports of Plant Machinery also looking for TS/ISO/IATF Audit documents.

• To prepare daily to daily work report under to save the setting and manpower adjustment and circuit diagrams.
