● Managed the daily operations of the largest Armory in the Marines Corps with over 39,000 line items valued at over $108 million.

● Conducted detailed analysis and implemented policies and procedures to decrease the average maintenance cycle time from over 35 days to 28 days.

● Ensured material maintenance readiness was maintained at or above 85%

● Managed an annual operating budget of 1.1 million dollars

● Maintained interpersonal communications with personnel within internal agencies, external support agencies and foreign military Liaisons Officers.

● Managed environmental and hazardous waste programs by providing oversight of disposal, storage and emergency planning for hazardous waste and ozone depleting substances.
