Collaborates with Management and supervisory personnel from Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Operations to resolve problems affecting product quality and other non-conformances.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Policies, Procedures as required by the company and regulatory agencies
Provide guidance and plan of action to the manufacturing floor when production events occur as defined by the SOP and lead investigations of non-compliant issues according to procedures.
Prepare investigation reports and work closely with others to verify scope of investigtions. Assure root cause analysis and batch impact assessments are adequate
