Summary:

Global Food Safety & Quality Coordinator-Working with Group Quality Working Committee based at Italy on various Group Quality guidelines/ Policies (Crisis management, Traceability, Product quality file, Certification policies, GMP requirements, PAQLs, Allergen management etc.). Provide information & relevant database for statutes and rules pertaining to FSSAI and harmonies the same w.r.t. PVM India requirements / GQ. Lead- Process & Technology (Business Transformation)

Leading flagship charter on improvement on 4 main pillars- PEOPLE, INNOVATION, EXCELLENCE, PROFITABILITY

So far developed a total of 20 no. of different charters on the captioned pillars & working closely on various line efficiencies, improvement initiatives, alignment on JDs across roles.

Lead- Consumer Care Cell- Conducts thorough investigation and analysis of market complaints, current processes and recipes to ensure the compliance of legal & statutory requirements. Prepares reports and gives justifications in this area wherever required to support risk mitigations.

Manufacturing Quality-

1. Design process controls, identification of QCP, CCP, OPRP. Develops detailed item specifications, labelling requirements for raw materials, additives and finished product appropriately in line with FSSAI & GQWC.

2. Very strong expertise in ensuring smooth functioning & compliance to PVM standards at Co-packer & Third Parties.

3. Ensure compliance to labelling, declarations on the packs with focus on LM compliance in Finished Goods.

NPD + QA Coordinator-

1. Worked closely with NPD to set up the process of Products Competency / comparative analysis. Compliance check on any newly / existing raw material as per regulations.

2. Set up the protocols for sensory evaluation & Durability tests of all NPDs.

3. Develop & implement the framework for smooth handover of NPDs to manufacturing.

4. Set up the defect levels & process parameters for any new product developed.

5. Facilitate trials with new recipe, packing format on line & share the recommendation with comprehensive report.

6. Set up the framework for packaging machine validations considering type of packing format & OEM.

7. Strong collaboration with group & other OCs to standardize the process, parameters & SOP for any NPD. Provide support locally on all RM specifications to be aligned with FSSAI.

8. Define SOP for specific test / analysis to be done for NPDs (e.g. Specific test to Raw Material, Packing material etc.)

Manager- Central QA

1. Conduct central quality audits in PVM South Asia regions (APAC) for reviewing the compliances to local legislation, Food Safety licenses registrations or permits of Food safety & Quality. Ensuring FSQ compliance for all defined outsource activities, product approvals for institutions (CSD, IRCTC etc.) and makes specific recommendations wherever required to harmonies the same.

2. Regulatory Expertise- Prepare the legal mandates, formulation and labels/Artwork as per applicable Act, Rules and Regulations for regulatory to get approval. Provide documentation support to the FG, RMs for EXIM (Export / Import).

3. Synergies FSSC 22000:2018, ISO 9001, RSPO SCC certification & surveillance audits from external accredited agencies for compliance to Global PVM policy & Mandatory GMP audit as per FSSAI Sch IV for all 3 factories of PVMI.

4. Implementation of Quality grid to drive improvement & follow up with all PVM India factories to comply the set guidelines as per business requirement.

5. Certified senior assessor for CII national food safety award, have broad experience to carry out food safety audits in different food product segment.

6. Driving Management Review Meeting (MRM) on yearly basis to ManCom for updating the Food Safety & Quality Status & support required.

7. Budget (OPEX, CAPEX, ITEX, OH) preparation for Process and Technology function consideration OPS on yearly basis in consultation with factories.

8. Worked comprehensively for Heavy metals, Toxin & contaminants residues standardization in Finished Goods.
