• Accomplished greater lift-to-drag ratio in aerodynamic surface design of fuselage for Blended Wing Body Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (BWBUAV) compared to market competitors such as Skywalker X8. Utilized ANSYS Fluent

(Computational Fluid Dynamics) to optimize parameters.

• Utilized ANSYS Mechanical (Finite Element Analysis) for internal structure design of UAV, considering reserve factors and margins of safety as underlined by the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA).

• Designed and prepared the flight envelope of the UAV, which highlights the aero-structural limits of the aircraft.

• Designed a mechanical enclosure for a Can-sized satellite to house meteorological electronics for future use as an aerospace product in Malaysia.
