QC INSPECTION ENGINEER (QC)& QC INSPECTOR

Verifying and Review Raw material Inspection like RTC,FTC&STC as per Test Certificates, Standard,Codes & Attestation Card.

To Prepare Inspection Testing Plan,QAP and following all Inspection Procedure. To Ensure and witnessing of Inspection on all fabrication Activities with ITP,SIP &SQP etc.. To Qualify welder As per ASME Codes and Standards for WQT,WPQ&PQT for Plate and Pipe.

(ASME SEC-IX)

Check and Ensure All QC Activities for All three stages like before,during and after welding. Check and Ensure Consumable for welding As per WPS. Preparing WPS As per Standard and Monitoring Welding Process on during welding like

(GTAW,SMAW,SAW).

Inspecting fitup of pressure vessels like shell,Tubes,Plate,Pipe etc..(Steam Generator 700Mwe- NPCIL Projects).

Preparing Weld Data Sheet(WDS) with corresponding all Relavant welding data. Final Inspection After welding As per Drawing also prepare Dimensional Report. Ensure and Check all NDE Reports like UT,PT,MT&RT also Evaluate RT Flim interpretation (RTFI) As per ASME SEC' V'.

To Inspecting all Test coupons Conduct on with lab for Impact Test like DWT Methods. To prepare Check list for PWHT methods and also Monitoring PWHT Methods and prepare and Evaluate HT chart Interpretation.

To Take Hardness Measurements (BHN&RHN) and Thickness for Before and After welding stages also prepare Reports.

To Conduct Hydro Test for Steam Generator both primary and secondary side with Approoved NPCIL Procedure also prepare Reports.

To check and Monitoring Helium Leak Test (HLT) as per NPCIL Procedure. To Conduct Shot blasting and final Paint coating Inspection by DFT measurement. To check calibration certificate for all Measuring Instruments with Valid date. To Raise NCR and Review &following NCR Status and reports for Deviation. Co-ordinate with internal and external Audits.

Final Review and Documentation for All Reports and submit Documents to NPCIL. Despatch Steam Generator -700Mwe to site.
