Resolved warranty issue by successful implementation of Dynamic purge setting in Air Processing Unit.
Resolved Bias issue between Production test Rig & customer rig by modifying the testing method in Dual Break Valve Assembly line.
Successfully completed PPAP audit for prestigious OptiDrive parts for ZF, VECV & TML.
Successfully reduced the testing time of Air Processing Units and improved productivity from 6 nos per hour to 20 nos per hour.
Successfully implemented traceability requirement in 3 assembly lines within 2 days time during BS VI launch in COVID -19 lockdown period

Establishing quality and production standards for new products/machines/process with documented evidence which provides a high degree of assurance that a specific process consistently produces a product meeting its pre-determined specifications and quality characteristics.
Support and lead the APQP phases of new product introduction(NPI) from manufacturing function
Risk assessment of the project & defining tools & fixtures, gauges, Poke Yoke by identifying key characteristics of product & processes.
Establishing Process flow, Leading PFMEA & Providing control plan with required Poke yokes.
