As an administrative assistant for KSM metal fabrication I had many job duties including payroll duties, weekly payables and receivables and balancing the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly ledger and routinely meeting deadlines to ensure proper submissions made and discounts earned. Maintained daily general ledger including month end closings. Prepared and analyzed financial information for plant and government reporting.Oversaw capital and expense project justification.
