PRESENTJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operation and Maintenance of PT Plant, Electro chlorination, Ultra filtration & Brackish RO Unit and DM Plant.

Boiler water, Cooling Tower Water, ETP Water Parameters Optimized Monitoring.

Coal sampling and complete analysis as per relevant standard test methods.

Testing of Lubricants analysis.

Testing of fuel oils (LDO and HFO).

Analysis of Flue gas and ash analysis .

SAP operating for chemical booking and work permits.

Annual and monthly budget preparation, Procurement of material and Maintain the documentation Data update, prepare logs, trends related to system performance.

Planning, scheduling, monitoring & timely execution of erection and commissioning of PT Plant, RO & DM Plant works.

ISO audit documents preparation and involving audit.

Monthly reports preparation for MOPR

UV/VIS Spectrophotometer and Ion Chromatography.

Misl Meters: Flame photometer, conductivity meter, pH meter, Turbidity Meter, SDI, ORP.

Karl Fischer titration and NAS apparatus, Orset Apparatus, Viscometer, Oil Flash point Analyser, pour point analyser.

Operation of WWTP RO Plant(2*150 M3/Hr),Pre Treatment Plant, Ultra Filter system(2*150M3/Hr), and DM Plant(2*60 M3/Hr).

Parameters Monitoring of Boiler water(1000 TPH,170Kg/Cm2)with, SWAS System & Cooling Tower (4*39000 M3/Hr.) Water.

Coal (Proximate & Ultimate Complete analysis), Ash, Oil and Raw material Complete Analysis. Maintaining The ETP Water Treatment system and Water Zero Discharge. Troubleshooting & carrying out the maintenance activities with the help of maintenance team. Monitoring and maintain the parameters during Boiler passivation and preservation and light up activity.

New laboratory set up and Follow-up for Calibration of laboratory instruments. Operation & Maintenance of Gas Chlorination, Electro Chlorination, Sludge Thickening Centrifuge System.

4*360 MW Boiler chemical cleaning and alkali boil out. STRENGTHS
