RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTY

1. Checking and verify void kot, cancel bills and settlements bill in the POS systems. 2. Checking and verify discounts, happy hours and complimentary sale in the POS systems.

3. Updating Menu and other details in POS & MMS system. 4. Preparing of Food & Liquor Cost Report on daily/monthly basis and distribute to management.

5. Extensive knowledge of work related to Excise FL-III. 6. Surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets and Kitchen. 7. Checking and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the department head.

8. Checking all menu recipe and updating selling prices in POS system as per standard procedures.

9. Making menu engineering report for all F&B outlets and preparing Banquet and ODC Pre and Post costing.

10. Checking and verify all banquets bill as per Function Prospects. 11. Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.
