=33mw having 2 nos steam operated turbogenerators and 1 no. Coal fired steam generators (boilers) & 2 nos. WHRB ( Boiler ),Sponge Iron Division,Steel Melting Shop with Rolling Mill Division .

EXPERIENCE:

At present I am working as AGM (INSTRUMENTATION) Power and Steel plant in the Deptt. Of Control & Instrumentation at SMC POWER GENERATION LTD. 25MW X 1 & 12.6 MW= 37.6 MW CPP,HIRMA,DISTT.- Jharsuguda (ODISHA) since November2011

Looking after regular Maintenance of Field & Control Instruments also with operation of Steel Plant, power plant, Ash Handling System “Allen Bradley” make PLC, ABB- DCS (ACS 800F/900F ), YOKOGAWA BLUE STAR Sentum-3000 /

1000 (DCS), Siemens ( PLC), CHINESE DCS ( SUPCON),Various AC / DC Drives ( ABB/Siemens) etc.

PRESENT JOB PROFILE:-

Planning for manpower, material for carrying out various jobs according to schedule to minimize the down time.

Maintaining minimum required spares and making purchase requisitions and store work orders for issuing materials.

Interacting with suppliers through E-Mail/Fax letter/ Mobile.

Organizing meetings Inter departmental and I am member in different committees functioning for plant development such as Safety Committee, Energy Cell, quality Circle, 5S Activities / WCM,ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 (Intergrated Management System) & 50001 EnMs (Energy Management System)

Importing training to the juniors and workmen on different control system & field instruments of the plant.
