Project 1 : Prototype development of Logic Controller Racks for Nuclear Power Plant. Customer : BARC.

Role : Had the responsibilities for developing, testing and qualifying the assigned racks. Description

ECIL is designated as the manufacturer of Control and Instrumentation Systems for various types of power plants in India. These C&I Systems are responsible for controlling the chain reactions in order to generate required power. This Logic Controller rack is a sub system of a Nuclear Power Plant. The main purpose of this rack is to acquire the field signals, perform the interlock logics and generate the designated output to the concerned sub systems. Project 2 : Development of Automated Test Set-ups. Customer : ECIL.

Role : Had the responsibilities to design and develop test set-ups for boards & racks. Description

Automated Test Set-ups are used for bulk testing and easy troubleshooting of VME based input output boards, Communication boards, Signal Conditioning boards, etc. These test set-ups help to expedite the bulk production and provides precise results in the form of Log Files. These log files can be taken for offline analysis, while troubleshooting any board/racks. Project 3 : Development & Manufacturing of Logic Controller Racks for Nuclear Power Plant. Customer : BARC.

Role : Had the responsibilities of planning, executing the project in the specified timeline. Description

These Logic Controller racks are Class A systems. In order to qualify these systems, it has to under-go stringent environmental screening tests. Proper planning and Intermediate Check points are made to expedite the production process as well as to reduce the troubleshooting time in order to meet the project deadline.
