Welcome and assists hotel visitors and respond immediately to telephone and walk in inquiries on a daily basis and ensure to deliver and an excellent hospitality service in accordance with City Garden hotel etiquette standard.
Process hotel reservations request accurately using cash payment, credit/debit card and administer cash register, guest receipt billing, guest personal belongings, office incoming and outgoing mails, filling, scanning, and other adhoc duties relevant to the reception administration area.
