WORK DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Ensure that all EHS Procedures/Policies & Plans are implemented and followed at all levels.

Co-ordinate with client and management to achieve desired safety standards.

Incident/Accident investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measure.

Investigation of Accident/Incident and Near Miss and suggesting remedial measures to the management to prevent recurrence.

Conduct spot audits on vehicles, equipment and maintenance.

Hazard analysis risk assessment of site activities and preparation of specific EHS Plan for the same

Conduct EHS Internal Training programs.

Conduct monthly EHS meetings.

Conduct monthly inspections of facilities and suggest the corrective actions to the management.

Prepare monthly internal and client-required EHS reports

Review the risk assessment periodically and take appropriate control measures, update the risk register.

Coordinate with departments for the effective implementation of EHS management system.

Conduct EHS induction training program for new employees

Review and update the EHS documents by involving all personnel in the organisation.

Conducting Site audits and inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions along with respective functional head. Overseeing the closure of all open EHS inspection action items

Organise campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programs to promote EHS culture in the workplace.
