Administer sales pricing and quotations operations, strategies/initiatives, and drive business development. Ensure compliance with company policies, excellent customer service and relationship management. Lead deal process, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations. Manage P&L through monitoring of customer and employee feedback, productivity, resources, forecasts, KPI’s, metrics, and changes to resolve bottlenecks. Establish product research & development processes for building code change compliance.

Transformed proposal processes by implementing an expanded Estimations Application, to include lean manufacturing procedural and materials changes; reducing average monthly proposal costs over 22%, and average proposal turn-around time by 18%; and increased proposal accuracy by 8%.
