Integrated the procedures for the merging of the Orals Solid Dose and the Steriles Label Rooms.

Every Inspections/Packaging work order passes through the Label Room. All of the previously mentioned duties were performed with very minimal deviations and no safety issues, along with no delays to the Inspections/Packaging process.

Attended the daily scheduling OTOS meeting to stay abreast of any schedule changes.

Prioritize orders to ensure those requiring the coding of cartons, are completed in advance of the need for the actual packaging so that the carton pre-inspection can occur.

Process work orders for the printed cartons and labels according to the PWO special instructions, SATO artwork, and schedule per authorization from Packaging Services Engineering Department (PSED) and ensures they are ready for production when needed when the allotted time is available and inventory is on-hand.

Ensures orders are competed in SAP in a timely manner to prevent financial impact.

Ensure departmental compliance to cGMP and defined procedures and assure the quality of data by providing assurance of accurate compliance to pertinent cGMP.

Supplies and purges line of needed components before and after packaging operations to ensure production schedules are met.
