Initially worked as a Scrum Master for a software consulting firm. I facilitated the communication and operations of the consulting firm both internally and externally while creating structure to help increase revenue which helped to expand the team from three to 13 members. PRODUCT MANAGER Thermo Fisher Scientific 2013 to 2018 Initially worked as the sole product owner of the software licensing technology. I facilitated the updating, usability and automation of the product for easy use by internal and external customers generating revenue which helped to expand the team from one to five members. I have taken ownership and developed three subsequent products that were approved for company-wide initiatives.

BUSINESS ANALYST Model N / Revenue Management 2006 to 2008 This was a start-up company that developed an ERP solution for pharmaceutical companies to manage contracts with various wholesalers and end users. Worked with new and existing customers purchasing our product who needed to integrate into their existing ecosystems from manual to home grown systems to big products such as SAP and E1. I evaluated the customers’ existing processes to determine how to meet their needs through customizations and provided them with estimates and negotiated pricing.
