Day to day management of the site including supervising & monitoring the site labour force & the work of any subcontractors.
Prepairing reports as required.
Meet the general contractors to keep the project on time & on budget. Monitoring the operations & working of staff on the site. Scheduling events, Programes & activities as well as the work of others. Encouraging & building mutual trusts, Respects & co-operation among team members.
