Company deals with various design and manufacturing processes for student events such as BAJA, SUPRA and for industries also. It is also vendor for some leading Automation & Tooling industries for Prototyping as well as Manufacturing.

Key role of mine was to get requirements from customer and design it with manufacturing aspect and to choose appropriate manufacturing process.

Designed components related to automobile such as Rack & Pinion, Single speed two stage gearbox, Single Piston fixed brake caliper, Wheel assemblies (Wheel-hub, Knuckle/upright, Steering-arm, brake caliper) for M BAJA, SUPRA, EFFICYCLE, GOKART & such events.

Implemented one custom design procedure for Rack & Pinion & Single speed gearbox.

Assist practically in CNC tube bending for making chassis for such event cars.

PROJECTS Design and Development of working prototype January 2020 – Present of Helicopter Turbo-Propellers

Student India Hackathon 2020 (SIH) 1st in 2nd Round of Hardware edition (Till date) Designing Lead Innovation

Designed working Prototype of Helicopter Turbo-propellers with Mechanical Gear Drive system by using Solidworks & ANSYS Fluid Software.

Patent is in process for Mechanical Gear Drive system by the conducting authority.

Research paper is published on Helicopter Turbo-Propellers.

Delicate Electronics assembled in small package with integration of Mechanical Drive was major task which was to be completed.
