5.3.1 Key Tasks
Wash cups and utensils for meetings and functions
Ensure that the kitchen area and equipment are regularly cleaned and neat.
Stack up the dishwasher twice a day. Once the dishwasher is complete put away the dishes in the cupboards.
Responsible to refill tea, coffee, sugar once containers are empty.
Manage the grocery and detergent cupboard and inform the secretary if there is a shortage of supplies.
Ensure water bottles/purifiers are always replaced when empty.

5.4.1 Key Tasks
Ensure that the meeting room is clean and tidy before and after the meetings.
Check logbook daily and prepare for meetings in advance.
Put water, cups, tea, and coffee ready for meetings.
Pour coffee and tea for visitors/guests.

5.5.1 Key Tasks
Collect stationery for Tersia, IIka, and Bonolo.
Assist finance officer with a recording of stationary in the storeroom and check that inventory is correct.
Distribute stationery when required by staff and ensure that it is signed off in the book.

5.6.1 Key Tasks
Assist staff with the setup of the table and chairs in the Exhibition Space before meetings and functions.
Report any furniture that needs repair to the Facilities Officer.
Pack away the unwanted chairs and tables in a neat manner in the cubicle that stores the furniture.
Ensure that the table and chairs are handled in a proper way to avoid damage from them.
Responsible for the crockery in the Exhibition Space and ensure that it is stacked away in the dishwasher and cupboards after meetings.
Assist the caterer with the clearing up after meetings in the Exhibition Space.
