Responsible for preparation of basic engineering package batch observation data generation scale up, implementation target achievement and related troubleshooting of new job work/ contract bas product.

Responsible for supervision of batches, Raw material costing/norms, utility costing/norms, overall project costing of new product.

Calculation of line sizing, heat load calculation, consumption norms for fuel and power & steam.

BE Project

“Pyrolysis of waste Polyethylene plastic: Effect of Zinc oxide under vacuum.” The pyrolysis of waste PE has been experimentally carried out for the production of value added liquid products. The composition analysis (GCMS) of pyrolysis oil reveals the formation of important liquids (in petroleum ranges). The residue analysis (CHNS) reveals the presence of carbon, hydrogen. The sulfur content was analyze by TSA. The diesel engine test was carried out to find out the application of pyrolysis oil and successfully revealed that oil can be used as a blend with diesel. The obtained PU shows similar properties as that of petrochemicals synthesis Polyurethane. The product was tested in Mahindra CIE automotive Limited, Mangaon. Test like flexibility, Tear strength, Tensile strength on Universal Testing Machine.
