PVT LIMITED (Gurgaon), after that i have join in RMSI Pvt.Ltd As a project lead in Noida Branch,

From 09 March 2015 to 31 May 2018. And currentely I am working in Rolta India Ltd As a GIS

consultant In Photogrammetry and GIS department, I was worked many various project and ver good

knowledge in vector mapping, DTM,DEM,DSM,and working in many GIS Project like OSGB (Ordnance

Survey of Great Britain), And also working in mobile mapping project (Australia Rail Network) in this

project I am working only 3D feature collection,

Geo referencing of raster images for GIS projects using erdas imagine software based on

Client requirements. And Ariel Triangulation for Photogrammetry projects using Pixel

factory software.

Capturing map features from the raster using Autocad map software and generation of

Map production for Block wise. Importing of dwg/dgn into Gdb using FME Software and

checking with feature counts.

Description:

It is a ORDINANCE SURVEY-UK project. GEOSPATIAL CONTENT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME (GCIP).

This is a project which deals about the urban area (0.42m RMSC) in United Kingdom.

PHOENIX (Ordnance Survey of Great Britain):

The Ordnance Survey is the national mapping agency of Great Britain and is responsible for all the

mapping work that is being done in Great Britain. Ordnance Survey map databases are used in

everything from Crime fighting to Telecom Utilities. OS would like to have a very detailed and highly

accurate map for their customers in Great Britain, which should contain even up to minor details and

as much as meta data possible for each corresponding feature.

The theme of the Phoenix project is to improve the positional accuracy, update and improvement of

Real word data like addition, deletion or modification in real word details like building, roads, hedges,

water bodies.

: Project planning to met deadlines and delivery schedule.

: Client interaction related quality, feedbacks and specifications.

Responsibilities as PL:

1. Detailed study and analysis of specifications. Ensure proper Quality Assurance and Data Validation

processes. Suggest tool selections, their enhancements and development. Monitors full quality control for

the whole project.

2. Aid in formulating Quality Improvement Program, Exercise appropriate Sampling method to ensure

Clients quality requirements. Provide Pre-delivery Quality feedback at various stages of Production and

Data finalization and ensure necessary corrections in the final Dataset.

3. Interact with Clients to understand their expectations and imparts feedback and error analysis report to

Production QC & QA

4. Ensure consistent improvement in Data Quality as per Clients expectations within the delivery

deadlines.

5. Work in close coordination with the Production Teams for ensuring timely deliveries within accepted

quality. Provide feedback to production teams and ensure elimination/ repetition of errors.

6. Close watch on Percentage-Process completion through analysis and decision making from MIS for

better and smooth functioning of the Production system.

7. Suggests the need of New tool development and their enhancement to P&T, for better utility and quality

expectations smooth functioning and timely completion of the Projects.

Feature: -In this project we used to create 3D digital vector data for GIS purpose. Output of this project is

depends on Map scale of 1:20, 1:40, 1:100, and 1:200.Based on Map Scale capturing of planimetric

features (Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, Driveway, concrete, patio, Paint strips, Rolling Curb, Parking Road,

Unpaved Road, Paved Road, Trail, Guardrail, Rail Road, Fence, Retaining Wall, Median wall, Ramp,

Bridges, Dam, Lake, Pond, Pool, Headwall, Cemetery, Cattle rack, Stairs, Decks, Canopy, Buildings &

under construction, Ruins, Tanks, Curb inlet, Catch Basin, Post, Valves, Manholes, Electric Box, Mailbox,

Utility Box, Hydrants, Power poles, Light poles, Anchor, Gay wire, Road Sign, Billboard, Crossing Arm,

Feature: - This was Commercial area project. Purpose of this project is to create 3D digital data for

Engineering and GIS purpose, in this number of ramp junctions crossing with each other with High Dense

buildings, Golf and commercial parking areas and fully undulated terrain with Planimetric features like

engineering structures, transportation, built-up, vegetation and hydrology & DTM of 2 contour interval.

Name : Ordinance Survey of Great Britain (OSGB), DTM

Software Used : Socket Set 4.3.1, 4.4.2 & Micro station, DTM-Master

Description

Feature: - The DTM (Digital Terrain Model) of various blocks of Aerial Photographs of 1:7000 scale if

done by maintaining 1m RMSE of the DTM ensuring points at 10 m & making sure that any discontinuities

of 1m is managed by introducing break lines.

Name : DMI

Software : Socet Set 5.3, and Micro Station

Description

Feature: - This is Major Road corridor project. Purpose of this project is to create 3D digital data for

Engineering purpose, in this number of ramp junctions crossing with each other and fully undulated terrain

with Planimetric of various features like engineering structures, transportation, built-up, vegetation and

hydrology & DTM of 1 (0.25 accuracy of breaklines) details.

We also did map finishing for this project. Labeling for all features and giving random spots like 1:1.5 for

1 and 2 contours.
