My experience spans over 25 years of increasingly expanding responsibilities in the manufacturing, distribution center, and construction environments. Some of my specific accomplishments relative to your current needs are:

Extensive experience in overseeing all aspects of fast-paced, high volume manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment environments. Directed four facility and operational start-ups a, including multiple facility acquisitions and moves from other sites. Oversaw all aspects of operations which included P&L, preproduction, estimating, planning, purchasing, quality, environmental health & safety, production, packaging, materials, maintenance, engineering, customer service, inventory control, R&D, warehouse and distribution. Strategically created business plans for state of the art manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.

Involved in implementation of 7 new systems. Understanding what it takes to evaluate systems and processes and drive improvements in system generation. This includes 3 proprietary systems.

Oversaw operations of up to 10 sites, in medium to large manufacturing facilities and distribution centers with great success. I have managed up to 1300 people with 12 direct reports in different environments. I have had the opportunity to learn and utilize my experience in different manufacturing and distribution operations which has enabled me to learn how to look outside of the box and learn different aspects of the business. I have extensive knowledge in manufacturing in High end electronic equipment, printing, plastic injection molding, CNC machining and metal work, plating, painting, automobile parts, packaging, and assembly. My expertise in distribution includes tools, textile/clothing, electronics, and small appliances. I feel this gives me an advantage in understanding processes in a variety of environments.

I have acquired and implemented extensive quality, ISO, Six Sigma, lean, process mapping, and TOC experience in the manufacturing and distribution environments. I have implemented 3 complete quality systems. I wrote and oversaw multiple quality systems and used my lean and quality experience to drive extensive improvements throughout operations in manufacturing and distribution centers. Started multiple facilities and rebuilt operations that were in poor condition. I have a knack for evaluating processes and people, and how to drive efficiencies. I used multiple tools in order to achieve the best results. I know and implement lean, six sigma, 6S, TOC, OSHA, total quality management programs, root cause and preventive action, ISO, preventive maintenance, and other necessary programs.
