As Operations Manager, I managed the entire manufacturing processes of Miller Products,

this includes scheduling, assembly, materials and logistics. I also oversaw the budgets for all manufacturing departments; I also oversaw all program launches. All manufacturing supervision and engineering staff reported to me. Launched a new assembly process, without adding additional employees.

Reduced processing chemicals for pretreatment of parts by an average of 10% monthly.

Redesigned Powder Coating tooling for better quality this raised FTY by 17%.

Worked on a Powder Coating issues, and raised FTY by 13% in 4 wks., for 90 glosses.
