Sales and Operations Business Analyst

●Led BI team by writing project charters and managing projects from start to finish to rebuild all Sales reporting tools using VBA, Excel, and Power BI from a new data warehouse with a blank mandate – Sales files accuracy above 99%. Subject Matter Expert for all Sales and Business questions.

●Drove Sales Division metrics, sales percent to goal rose from 75% to over 105% by ease of access of sales metrics for Sales Channels. Created KPIs and constructed reports to track and analyze Sales Division processes, changed Outbound contact campaigns to save over 500 subscribers a month.

●Successfully led Call Center for 3 months after the departure of the previous manager by focusing on metrics and controllable statistics. Improved several KPIs including Service Level, Close Rate, Customer Availability and Sell-In. Monthly department turnover dropped to the lowest level in a decade.

●Executed strategic vision of Customer Retention – Increased SLA (Service Level) from 45% to 80%. Developed a retention tool and metrics for accountability – Save Rate improved from 10% to 42%.
