Communication
Years in College Radio and Publishing have honed my abilities to speak and write clearly. Whether delivering a presentation to Account Managers, meeting with customers at a site survey, manning a trade show booth for Industry Professionals, or in everyday calls and emails, I pride myself on providing clear, concise communication.
I use images and slide decks just as effectively. Photos of real-world installations we've done, wire path diagrams, or marking up customer building plans help crystallize a concept in the customer's mind and justify the budget for AV spend.
Leadership
Before starting at Connection, I was on a career course through Sales Management and increased responsibility. By accepting a more technical role at Connection, leadership has meant taking charge of customer projects, leading clients and our sales teams gracefully through unfamiliar technologies. At LiveWire, Leadership meant guiding the owners through unfamiliar technologies, brands, and marketing ideas.
