Ignite Impact Fund is a newly introduced impact investment firm, incorporated in the US with operations in Texas, and in the Philippines. • Senior management tasked to coordinate with the fund’s principals in creation of the Fund's overall objective and structure including: mission / vision, investment and capital raising strategy, fund/business model, operations, and finance

• Inform the Fund's Philippine branch on all ecosystem and investment trends, both locally and globally in order to guide sourcing of deals and assist in pitching to potential investees as well as fund investors

• Create pipeline for potential investment deals with duties including: scouting potential deals, monitoring and qualifying potential investees, financial modeling, deal creation, and exit strategy

Hybridigm Consulting Inc. is a 14-year old Business Innovations consulting firm geared towards assisting scientists/research professionals & SMEs through various areas of technology commercialization, either through partnerships with established businesses, licensing initiatives, or through the creation of their own business entities. During my tenure, my duties were as follows:

• Assisted in the development & implementation of technology ranking scorecard for the Dept. of Science & Technology’s Research Information & Tech Transfer Division and their portfolio of over 200+ funded technologies

• Raised funds for the establishment of the AIM-Dado Banatao Incubator and Leaders in Innovation Fellowship for the Asian Institute of Management
